Acetánia
Acetánia was envisioned by the members of the Association of Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers. They aim to challenge the stereotypes surrounding vinegar and showcase just how much flavour this tangy liquid holds.
More information
We acknowledge that the word vinegar doesn't immediately evoke thoughts of premium culinary value for everyone. More often, it brings to mind our grandmothers' cleaning techniques with vinegar or the taste of bean soup, as this dish is often enhanced with it. Acetánia was envisioned by the members of the Association of Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers, who aim to challenge the stereotypes surrounding vinegar and showcase just how much flavour this tangy liquid holds. At the museum, visitors can explore the centuries-old tradition of vinegar production and the ingredients from which vinegar can be made, and culinary enthusiasts can even taste this unique and richly flavoured food.
