The Acetania Vinegar Museum
The word vinegar does not always conjure up images of premium gastronomic value. It more reminds us of the cleaning techniques of our grandmothers, or the taste of bean soup with vinegar added.
More information
The foundation of the Acetania Museum was the idea of the members of the Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers Association, wishing to challenge the stereotypes surrounding vinegar and show how much more flavour this acidic juice has to offer. In the museum, you can learn about the centuries-old tradition of vinegar making and the raw materials used to make it, and even taste this special and rich-tasting food.
